These terms govern your use of the website and apps offered by TooAvid Technologies LLC ("TooAvid", "we", "us"), including DayMarko and RelayReply (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Using the Services

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the activity that happens under it. Don't misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or use them to break the law or harass anyone.

RelayReply is not an emergency service

Do not use RelayReply to contact 911 or other emergency services. Captions are generated automatically and may be delayed or inaccurate. In an emergency, use a phone, text-to-911, or a certified relay service.

Payments and subscriptions

• Some features may require a paid plan. Prices are shown before you buy.
• App Store purchases are billed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Refunds for these purchases are handled by Apple.
• Purchases made directly from us are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. If something isn't right with a direct purchase, email support@tooavid.com within 14 days of the charge and we will work with you on a refund.

Your content

You own the content you create in the Services. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the Services for you.

Our Services

The Services, including their software, design, and branding, belong to TooAvid. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TooAvid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
